SHIPPING POLICY

This page outlines how SOCKGOAL handles the shipping and delivery of orders placed through our online store. If you have any questions, please contact us at orders@sockgoal.com.
DELIVERY AREAS
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. For international enquiries, particularly regarding Commercial Arena units, please contact us at info@sockgoal.com.
PROCESSING TIMES
Orders placed before 1:00pm UK time on a working day are dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability, and delivered the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
In the event that stock is temporarily out of availability due to an incoming shipment, this will be clearly communicated at the point of purchase and we will provide an updated dispatch date. Once dispatched, delivery is next working day.
DELIVERY COSTS
Delivery is free and included in the price of all Home Arena orders for delivery in the United Kingdom. There are no additional delivery charges at checkout for UK deliveries.
UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERIES
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will typically leave a card or notification with redelivery instructions. If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery, we will contact you at orders@sockgoal.com to arrange redelivery.
LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents upon receipt and contact us at orders@sockgoal.com within 30 days. Please retain all original packaging as this may be required for any carrier claims. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details of your rights in relation to damaged goods.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. SOCKGOAL is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at orders@sockgoal.com. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
COMMERCIAL ARENA DELIVERY
Commercial Arena units are delivered under separate arrangements agreed at the point of sale. Lead times, delivery logistics, and installation support will be outlined in your commercial agreement.
RISK AND OWNERSHIP
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to your address. Legal ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received full payment.
