REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your SOCKGOAL product. This policy explains your rights and our procedures for returns, refunds, and replacements. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 are not affected by this policy.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL — 14-DAY PERIOD (UNUSED PRODUCTS)
If you change your mind after purchasing a SOCKGOAL Home Arena, you may return it under the following conditions:
You must notify us of your intention to return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at orders@sockgoal.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the product to us.
The product must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging in a resaleable condition.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process a full refund of the product price as soon as possible and no later than within 14 days. As delivery is included in the product price, no separate delivery charge will be refunded.
If the product has been opened or used, it is not eligible for a change-of-mind return. Please see the Faulty or Damaged Goods section below if you believe there is a defect.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply fully. If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault:
Reporting a fault: You must notify us of any damage or fault within 30 days of receiving your order by contacting orders@sockgoal.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
Our assessment process: We will review the information and photographs provided and notify you of our decision. If we confirm the item is faulty or damaged, we will arrange a prepaid return label and, at our discretion, either dispatch a replacement unit or issue a full refund.
Within 30 days of delivery: You have the right to reject the goods and receive a full refund, or to request a repair or replacement. We will cover all return shipping costs for confirmed faulty items.
Between 30 days and 6 months of delivery: We will repair or replace the item at our discretion. If neither is possible, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund. Return shipping for confirmed faults remains our responsibility.
Note: Damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, or use outside of the product's intended purpose is not covered under this policy.
COMMERCIAL ARENA UNITS (BUSINESS CUSTOMERS)
Commercial Arena units are sold under separate commercial terms. Consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act, does not apply to business purchases. Commercial customers are asked to inspect units upon delivery and report any damage or defect within 14 days of receipt by contacting orders@sockgoal.com with photographic evidence. Claims reported after this period may not be accepted. Please refer to your commercial agreement for full terms.
WARRANTY
SOCKGOAL Home Arena products are sold with the statutory guarantees required under UK law — that they are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. We do not offer any additional manufacturer's warranty beyond these statutory rights.
